SYNIVOX is a strategy-led website design service operated from Pakistan. Our work may include positioning, UX, information architecture, website design and development, conversion planning, search foundations, analytics, optimization and related consulting.

The specific services provided to a client depend on the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work or service agreement.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it for unlawful activity; seek unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with site functionality; upload malicious code; copy or reproduce content without permission; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or distribute spam or harmful material. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Every project is governed by the scope agreed between SYNIVOX and the client. A proposal, quotation, statement of work or other written agreement may set out deliverables, timing, fees, payment dates, revisions, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality and termination. If an accepted project agreement conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific agreement may take priority for that engagement.

Any prices, timelines, deliverables or recommendations shown on this website are general information unless they are included in a formal proposal or agreement. Website project pricing and timing may change with the scope, content, complexity, integrations, platform and client requirements.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, assets, access, approvals and feedback when reasonably required. Delays or missing dependencies may affect the schedule. Clients must also have the rights and permissions needed for any material they ask SYNIVOX to use.

Website and business outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, search systems, customer behavior, offer quality, pricing, sales processes, client decisions, implementation and third-party policies. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, SYNIVOX does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, rankings, sales, engagement or conversion performance.

Our services may involve search engines, website platforms, hosting providers, analytics services, content systems, CRM systems or other software. These providers may change their features, policies, pricing, algorithms, availability or functionality without notice. SYNIVOX is not responsible for their changes, interruptions, suspensions or decisions.

Unless agreed otherwise, SYNIVOX retains ownership of its pre-existing strategies, frameworks, templates, processes, systems, methodologies and proprietary materials. Client-specific final deliverables may be transferred or licensed according to the applicable agreement and payment status. We may retain and use general knowledge, skills, processes and non-confidential methodologies developed during an engagement. Proprietary materials may not be reproduced, resold, distributed or commercially exploited without written permission.

You retain ownership of materials you provide, subject to the rights granted to us to perform the agreed services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide those materials and authorise SYNIVOX to use them for the agreed purpose.

SYNIVOX will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information provided by clients in connection with a project. Specific confidentiality obligations may be established through a separate confidentiality agreement or service contract.

Payment terms will appear in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice or service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable according to the agreed schedule; work may be paused when required payments are overdue; and software, hosting, domains, licences or other third-party expenses may be charged separately where applicable.

Refund and cancellation terms vary by service and agreement. Because our services may involve time, strategy, research, creative work, setup or other client-specific work, fees for completed work may not be refundable unless agreed otherwise or required by law. Terms in an accepted service agreement apply to that engagement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SYNIVOX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business losses arising from use of our website or services. This may include lost revenue, profits, opportunities, data, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, current or error-free. We may update or change website content at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published here with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Pakistan, unless a separate written client agreement provides otherwise or mandatory law requires a different approach. Disputes are subject to the applicable jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions agreed between SYNIVOX and the client.
